Australia. A family owned and operated company, we have grown from one small production line to
presently supplying Coles Supermarkets in each State throughout South Eastern Australia.
Somerville Retail Services (SRS) has built its reputation on consistent delivery service, meeting our
customer’s needs and having a strong quality focus.
Our production and delivery cycle is less than 48 hours, from receiving an order to delivery to a Coles
store.
To maintain our position as the industry leader in retail ready processing in Australia, SRS utilizes the
latest technology and innovation from around the world. We strive for continual improvement,
benchmarking our processes and our efficiency with similar operations internationally.
We maintain the highest standards of quality and retail presentation to ensure all products comply with
with our customer’s product specifications. SRS has in excess of 90 individual Beef, Veal, Lamb and Pork
